Improved Support for Microsoft Surface Pro Tablets

surface_pro_tabletEarlier today we introduced the latest version of Netop Remote Control. Building upon our initial Windows 8 release in October 2012, version 11.52 enhances the display of target devices providing for a better view of key elements on a smaller screen. The update applies to Microsoft Surface Pro and Surface Pro 2 tablets running Windows 8 and 8.1.

Customers can use Netop Remote Control to address ticket requests from Surface Pro users. Once a connection is established, IT service desk representatives can view the tablet’s screen, gain mouse and keyboard controls, transfer files and more. Additionally, IT support personnel can use Surface Pro tablets to provide support to other devices while on-the-go.
