Today, we’re excited to welcome a new era in secure remote access. With the release of Netop Remote Control 12, Netop’s enterprise-class remote access solution now combines traditional installed clients and hosts with cloud-based SaaS features. The new release includes the Netop Remote Control Portal for managing devices and users and ours browser-based support console for go-anywhere remote support and streamlined collaboration. In addition, the inclusion of web-enabled gateways enable IT teams and external vendors to access specific devices or network segments without the need to maintain open ports.
We’ve designed the new features in Netop Remote Control to improve user experiences, broaden remote access capabilities and simplify management of the solution. With the release of Netop Remote Control 12, we have added Internet-enabled functionality without sacrificing the security, speed or reliability.
The latest version of Netop Remote Control is available directly from our download page and select Netop resellers. Customers with a current Netop Advantage program can upgrade to Netop Remote Control 12 at no charge. In addition, all new Netop customers and customers with a current Advantage program will get free access to the Netop Remote Control Portal for all of their active Guest licenses through December 31, 2015.
