Updates to Remote Control & OnDemand Released

Today we introduced minor maintenance updates to a few of our product modules.

With OnDemand, support representatives will Netop Remote Controlnow receive notifications when end users have yet to confirm UAC message prompts as well as alerts when applications - on the target device - cannot be controlled due to an elevated permission setting. A bug that caused multiple monitors on the target device to not be displayed (to support representatives) was fixed.

Additionally, an issue with Confirm Access occasionally not working (when a screen is locked) has been resolved with Remote Control.

Both updates are available at no cost to customers currently using version 11.5 (Remote Control) or 2.5 (OnDemand), those with a valid Netop Advantage annual support and upgrade program. See the release history for more details.
