Today we introduced minor maintenance updates to a few of our product modules.
With OnDemand, support representatives will now receive notifications when end users have yet to confirm UAC message prompts as well as alerts when applications – on the target device – cannot be controlled due to an elevated permission setting. A bug that caused multiple monitors on the target device to not be displayed (to support representatives) was fixed.
Additionally, an issue with Confirm Access occasionally not working (when a screen is locked) has been resolved with Remote Control.
Both updates are available at no cost to customers currently using version 11.5 (Remote Control) or 2.5 (OnDemand), those with a valid Netop Advantage annual support and upgrade program. See the release history for more details.
