Why consolidate remote support?

Netop Consolidated Remote ControlWe’ve produced a quick video that lays out why its beneficial for service desk who are using multiple solutions to access the various machines and platforms they serve to consolidate support into a single platform. A large part of the rationale stems from the desk-side benefit of greater service efficiency; another benefit comes from the end user side – improved customer satisfaction.  Perhaps the strongest reason to consolidate, though, is the decrease in risk and the greater efficacy with which security can be managed and maintained through a single solution.
